These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dragon Alpha Labs ("we", "us", "our") tools and services at dragonalphalabs.com. By creating an account or using any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

Dragon Alpha Labs provides subscription-based software tools for traders, including Wyvern, our TradingView backtest analyzer. Access requires an active paid subscription (or active free trial) for the specific product.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.

All plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during a free trial, and canceling during the trial incurs no charge. Your first payment is collected when the trial ends.

5. Not financial advice

The tools and outputs provided by Dragon Alpha Labs are for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance of a strategy is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any losses that result from them. Always conduct your own due diligence.

6. Intellectual property

All software, templates, and content on this site are owned by Dragon Alpha Labs. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tools for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access.

7. Data uploaded to the service

You retain ownership of any files you upload. By uploading a file, you grant us a temporary license to process it for the purpose of returning analysis results. Uploaded files are not retained after processing.

8. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service outages or interruptions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragon Alpha Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dragon Alpha Labs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where Dragon Alpha Labs is registered.
